NetClarity (News - Alert) has been issued U. S. patent number 7346922 for its network access control wall (NACwall) technology. This technology is used in appliances the company manufactures.

 

NACwall forms the core of NetClarity’s line of products. Appliances in this product family vary in size from a hand-held unit for an office of up to 10 people, to a single rack mounted unit that can protect networks with more than 2,000 IP addresses. The appliances can also optionally be installed as clusters. They then can be used, when installed in remote offices, to communicate with a corresponding EasyNAC Enterprise dashboard which is installed at headquarters.

 

NACwall works as a non-inline solution and without client-based technology. This makes it easy to deploy, often in mere minutes on a subnet. EasyNAC is also a cost-effective alternative to industry counterparts; because it doesn’t require upgrades to existing hardware, the investment that a company makes is considerably reduced.

NetClarity's products are distributed in 35 countries through market information security channel partners.
