Infusionsoft Announces Update to Automated Follow-Up Marketing Software

Infusionsoft, a company focused on marketing automation software for small businesses, has completed a comprehensive update to its Automated Follow-Up Marketing solution by providing customers with an improved user experience that is designed to focus on the needs of entrepreneurs and true small businesses.

 
The company rolled out this update to its customer base of more than 8,000 small business users over the last month. The update was support with video and text guides through the Infusionsoft Fusebox to bring current users up to speed quickly.

Major updates to the solution included a redesigned look and feel, as well as streamlined menus for faster navigation. These updates were all done with the goal of putting the most important tools at the users’ fingertips.

To ensure that the update addresses the needs of the small business user, Infusionsoft undertook extensive user testing. The company also completely updated the interface and redesigned the look and feel.

Current users will enjoy the simplified main menu that makes more frequently used items more accessible. For new users, Infusionsoft created a separate setup menu that dramatically shortens the time it takes to get up and running.

A new pop-out menu is also available for accessing e-mail, files, calendar and tasks as well as recently viewed items. Users can save custom searches to the new pop-out menu for quick access to the searches that they use most often.

Other updates include simplified terminology; simplified/guided setup with progress meter; increased working real-estate on the page; AJAX technology to speed searches and page displays; enhanced calendar; shortcuts to a single record; updated search tool; new reporting section; send a broadcast; and built-in wizard to simplify creation of follow-up sequences.

"Before Infusionsoft, my company would rely on marketing methods that were not as strategic as I would have liked. Now my system does not only function strategically, it is on autopilot! Infusionsoft eliminates so much additional work that I would have had to do manually with another system," said Charles Mack, Jr., vice president of V.I.P. Auto Appearance Center, in a Monday statement.

The updated interface is faster and easier to navigate, and for small businesses signing up for the first time, it will be extremely easy to get started with the new startup guide and built-in wizards."

Infusionsoft develops automated follow-up marketing software for entrepreneurs and small businesses with 2 to 25 employees searching for a solution to the all-too-common problems of unconverted leads, no repeat sales from customers and having to add more staff to get things done.
