Alianza (

Alert) has announced a partnership with its newest customer, Computer Technologies (CTG), which chose Alianza as its premier provider of VoIP

services.
CTG has experienced tremendous growth in all areas of its business and now customers are looking to the company to provide a wider set of services. The company recognized VoIP services as a critical area of expansion in its effort to broaden its offerings and solidify itself as a sole technology provider for customers.
CTG was challenged to create a VoIP platform which comes with an inordinate amount of capital expenditure, long before the service becomes commercially available. The company therefore turned to Alianza.
Gabriel Rincon, CEO of CTG explained in a statement that the company saw the strategic fit and advantage of offering VoIP Services, but couldn’t justify the costs to implement it. It was a natural fit to look for a turn-key solution and Alianza was the only hosted services provider they found with the ideal combination of best-of-breed applications, technology, and best practices to ensure employees are trained in the new technology.
“We can go live with this new product line in about 30 days. That’s unheard of in the traditional world of telecommunications,” Rincon said.
Brian Beutler, CEO of Alianza, pointed out that CTG is a progressive thinking company that has created a distinct competitive advantage by integrating value-added services and applications with its robust suite of offerings. He said that not only can the company provide distinctive services today, but its investment in PowerPlatform allows it to innovate with custom development efforts to create tailor-made, voice-based applications for clients.
Alianza’s Power Platform provides a robust set of applications and features as well as an intuitive interface designed to easily integrate with current systems to provide a unique, customized experience for each of Alianza’s customers.
