LeadClick Media Inc., an Internet marketing firm, has announced an upgrade to its customer service through the selection of SimpleSignal (
News -
Alert). This choice was made in an effort to provide a solution that integrates LeadClick Media’s hosted phone system with its Salesforce CRM application.
A provider of hosted telephone systems for businesses, SimpleSignal is providing LeadClick Media with both its hosted VoIP phone service and its SimpleSignal for a Salesforce integrated solution.
SimpleSignal for Salesforce is designed to deliver the company’s VoIP technology to the Salesforce CRM application suite. With this solution, LeadClick Media has the ability to automatically capture and manage detailed logs of all calls from within Salesforce CMR to track interactions with customers.
The integrated solution will automatically open a caller’s contract record in Salesforce when LeadClick Media receives an incoming call. The LeadClick employee can answer calls, place callers on hold and transfer calls – all from within Salesforce.
“Our business is Internet marketing and web-based lead generation; for us, relationships really matter," said Michael Miller, sales director for LeadClick Media, located in San Francisco, in a Monday statement.
"We saw the value of integrating our calling features with our Salesforce CRM application for improved customer service some time ago, but only SimpleSignal was able to deliver this solution for us. Having a customer's contact info appear on the computer screen when the customer calls us increases our efficiency and allows us to immediately focus on addressing the customer's needs."
Advanced VoIP functionality, including Simultaneous Ring and Remote Office, allows SimpleSignal for Salesforce to enable SMBs to access their information in Salesforce CMR as well as preferred calling features from any location. This capability ensures full functionality when working from a home office or with a mobile device.
