Shift Networks, a provider of hosted VoIP telephone solutions for small businesses, has announced a partnership with Microserve, one of the largest value-added resellers in Western Canada. This partnership was established in order to help distribute Shift products and services to the Greater Vancouver Area and Victoria, British Columbia.
"Shift is excited to partner with Microserve and grow our revenue in the small business VoIP market," stated Pina Romolo, business development manager, Shift Networks, in a Friday statement.
"This partnership brings Shift Networks new and direct access to a portfolio of west coast clients, resulting in the strengthening of Shift Networks already successful strategy to reach small businesses,” added Romolo.
A Shift Authorized Partner, Microserve plans to add Shift Networks’ hosted VoIP solutions to their current product offering. The reseller will then service Vancouver, Victoria, Richmond, North Vancouver, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Newton, Whalley, Abottsford, Whistler and Kelowna.

Activities are in motion to ensure that Microserve is up and running in the third quarter of this year.
