HickoryTech has revealed that its subsidiary, Enventis, has improved and rebranded its Encompass Unified Communications (News - Alert) service, which is now called Enventis SingleLink Unified Communications.

 

Since 2002, Enventis has provided the service to regional businesses of all sizes. In addition to renaming the service, Enventis is now making it available nationally.

           

SingleLink offers a single, centrally managed and hosted VoIP-based communications system across the sites. Also included in the offering is unified messaging, which provides each user a single inbox for e-mail, voicemail and fax. Users also get an integrated contact center application through which they can utilize advanced call routing and queuing. Being a hosted service, SingleLink can be availed without any capital investments in software, hardware or consulting.
